Joseph Ellis

Joe has over 20 years of international experience and has worked in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia /NZ and USA/LATAM across multiple sectors. Most recently he worked in financial services and financial regulation successfully rolling out the SMCR regime to 47,000 firms for the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Prior to this he gained extensive FMCG, manufacturing and technology programme experience and has worked within the business services industry in senior positions and also in consulting. He’s a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has experience in HR transformation / HR optimisation and continuous improvement (CI) and outsourcing. He has many years of project / programme management experience, including programme governance up to board level.
He holds both BA (Hons) In IT as well as Post Graduate Qualifications in Organisational Psychology and Business Change. He’s currently completing his PhD in Organizational Change at Ashridge Hult in the UK.
